WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the perishable nature of live algae and marine livestock, we do not accept returns on these items. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours with a clear photo. We’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

For dry goods and accessories, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
We ship Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure live products arrive in the best condition. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we only ship within Australia due to the fragile and live nature of many of our products.
We hope to expand in the future — follow us on social media for updates!
